Call centre

A call centre is a place where people can call to get help from someone who works there. When you call a call centre, you will talk to someone called an agent. Agents work at the call centre to answer questions from customers and help them with their problems. Sometimes the call centre will be able to help you solve the problem you have, and sometimes the agents will need to transfer you to someone with more expertise to help you.
