RPU-14

RPU-14 is a device that helps airplanes and helicopters communicate with each other and with people on the ground. It's like a telephone that allows everyone to talk to each other even when they are very far away.

When an airplane or helicopter has an RPU-14, they can send and receive messages from other planes or helicopters that are equipped with the same device. They can also talk to people on the ground who have radios.

The RPU-14 works by using special radio frequencies that are reserved for aviation communication. These frequencies are different from the ones that regular radios and phones use, so they don't get mixed up with other signals.

Whenever someone wants to talk on the RPU-14, they press a button on their radio that sends out a signal to everyone else who is using the device. Then they can talk and everyone else can hear them.

The RPU-14 is an important tool for pilots because it allows them to stay in contact with each other and with air traffic controllers. This helps them avoid accidents and fly safely.
