Ratusz

Okay kiddo, a ratusz is like a big building that is used for government stuff. Just like how your school has a principal's office, the ratusz is where the important people go to work and make decisions for their town or city. It's usually located in the center of the town or city, so that everybody can easily find it. The ratusz could have a lot of different rooms inside, where people have meetings and discussions about important issues that affect everyone in the town or city. This is a special building that helps keep the town or city running smoothly by making sure that everyone is heard and that important decisions are made in the best interest of the people who live there.
