ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Reasonable accommodation

Reasonable Accommodation is when an employer makes changes for an employee at work or school to make it easier for them to do their job or succeed in school. This could be changing an employee's work hours so they can take care of a family member, or making a co-worker's workspace wheelchair accessible. It's important to make sure all people can do their job or succeed in school, no matter what their needs are!
