Recumbent bicycle

A recumbent bicycle is a type of bike with a different design than the normal bikes you might see. It has a long seat that is lower to the ground than a regular bike and a set of handlebars out in front of you that you hold instead of a set of handlebars like you would on a regular bicycle. This design makes it more comfortable to sit on and ride than a regular bike. It also puts your body in a more relaxed position as you pedal and gives you more control of the bike.
