Relational aggression is a type of bullying or mean behaviour that involves hurting someone's feelings or relationships with other people. It generally doesn't involve physical violence, but instead involves making someone feel left out or like they don't belong. For example, it could be spreading rumours about someone, excluding someone from a group, or using social media to spread rumors or hurtful comments. When people are being relational aggressive, they're usually trying to make someone else feel bad or make themselves look better. It's a type of bullying that can be hard to spot, but it can have a big effect on people's lives.
