ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Reliability trial

Hey kiddo! So, a reliability trial is kind of like a test to see if something works the same way every time.

Let's say you have a toy car that you want to test. You want to make sure it always goes the same speed and direction every time you play with it. A reliability trial is a way to check if it's dependable and trustworthy.

Instead of just using the toy car once and assuming it will work the same way every time, we would use it over and over again, maybe hundreds of times, to make sure it always works the same way.

This helps us know if the toy car is reliable, which means we can trust it to keep working the same way every time we use it. It's important to know if something is reliable so we can use it safely and not have to worry about it breaking or not working the way we expect it to.
