Residential cluster development

Residential cluster development is when a group of homes are built very close to one another in a small area, like a cluster. It might look like a group of houses all bunched up together. These clusters of homes can be found in neighborhoods, towns and cities. They are often built on plots of land that have been designated for housing development by local governments. The houses are usually close enough together to allow for easy access to common areas, like parks, playgrounds, stores and community facilities. With this type of development, people can have a feeling of community, but also have plenty of room for privacy.
