Restructuring

Restructuring is when a company or organization changes the way it is organized, either to make the company more successful or to save money. For example, a company might decide to change its departments, the people who work in them, or the way the company works. Restructuring can also involve changing the company's strategy, so it focuses on different products or services, or working in a different way. Restructuring is a way for a company to improve and grow, even when times are tough.
