Rice cake

Rice cake is like a flat, round cookie made from rice. It's cooked in a special way that makes it light and fluffy. Imagine you're making pancakes, but instead of using flour, you use rice. The rice is boiled until it's soft and then it's mashed into a paste. This paste is shaped into small cakes and then baked or grilled until they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

These cakes can be eaten plain or with other things like peanut butter or jelly on top. Sometimes they also come in different flavors like chocolate or cinnamon. People in different parts of the world eat rice cake in different ways. In some places, it's eaten as a sweet dessert, while in others it's eaten as a savory snack.
