ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Right-time marketing

Right-time marketing is a way of understanding when a customer is most likely to be interested in hearing from a product or business. It means sending them messages at the best possible time, when they are likely to find your product or service useful. To do this, companies must first know who their customers are and what they like. Then, they can use this information to understand when a customer is most likely to be interested in hearing from them. For example, if a customer usually shops for a certain item on a certain day of the week, the company can send a message to that customer on that day to let them know about a new sale or product. This way, the customer will see the message and be more interested in what the company has to offer.
