ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Consumer behaviour

Consumer behaviour is what people do when they want to buy something. It is the way people choose to buy products or services from a company. For example, when you buy food at a grocery store, you are showing consumer behaviour. You are deciding what food you want to buy, how much you want to spend, what brand you want to buy, and so on. Consumer behaviour helps companies understand what their customers want and how they shop so they can better meet their needs.
