Rissole

A rissole is like a meatball, but instead of being round, it's kind of flat and round on the outside. It's made of minced beef mixed with other yummy things like onions, breadcrumbs, and herbs. Once it's made, it gets coated in breadcrumbs and fried until it's nice and crispy on the outside. You can eat it by itself or put it in a sandwich or on top of mashed potatoes. Think of it like a really yummy burger patty but without the bun!
