Frikadeller

Frikadeller are like meatballs, but instead of spaghetti, they usually go with potatoes or bread. They are made with ground meat, like pork or beef, mixed with eggs, bread crumbs, and spices. Then they are rolled into little balls and cooked in a pan until they are brown and crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Frikadeller are a traditional dish in Denmark and can be served as a main course or as a snack. They are delicious and a favorite among kids and grown-ups alike!
