Shami kebab

Shami kebab is a yummy snack that comes from India and Pakistan. It is a type of kebab that is small and round in shape, usually made from ground meat like lamb, beef, or chicken.

The meat is mixed with a bunch of spices and herbs, like ginger, garlic, cumin, and coriander. Then it is blended together with lentils before being shaped into little patties and cooked on a hot griddle or in a frying pan.

The result is a delicious, crispy-on-the-outside-but-soft-on-the-inside snack that you can eat all by itself or in a sandwich with some yummy chutney and onions. It's a popular street food in many parts of South Asia and is enjoyed by people of all ages.
