Salisbury steak

Salisbury steak is a type of hamburger patty. It is made by mashing up ground beef (or other ground meat like turkey) and then mixing in seasonings like onions, bread crumbs, and other spices. After it's all mixed together, the mixture is shaped into a patty. Salisbury steak is usually served with gravy, potatoes, and vegetables.
