Robotic process automation

Robotic process automation, or RPA, is like using a robot to do things for you. It’s a computer program that can do tasks for you like a robot would. It can do repetitious tasks like typing or copying information, or answering customer emails. It can be used in places like offices, warehouses, and factories to help with time-consuming tasks, so people can focus on other things.
