Room temperature

Room temperature is like when the weather outside is just right, not too hot and not too cold. It's the temperature inside a room where it feels comfortable for people to stay without feeling too warm or too chilly.

Usually, we set the room temperature around 20-22 degrees Celsius (68-72 degrees Fahrenheit). This temperature is just right for our bodies to maintain our normal body temperature without using too much energy to cool down or warm up.

When it's too cold, we might feel shivery, and our teeth may start to chatter. We need to wear warm clothes or wrap ourselves in blankets to stay warm.

When it's too hot, we might become sweaty and uncomfortable. We need to take off some layers of clothes or use a fan or air conditioner to keep our bodies cool.

It's important to keep the room temperature comfortable because it affects our mood, energy level, and even our health. Too much heat or cold can make us feel sick, and we won't be able to do our daily activities comfortably.
