ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Rump (croup)

The rump, also known as the croup, is the back part of an animal's body right above the tail. It's like the animal's rear end or butt. Just like how we humans have a bum, animals like horses, cows, and dogs also have a rump. It's important to take care of an animal's rump because it helps them move around and balance properly. If an animal injures their rump, it can be very painful and affect the way they walk or run. So, it's important to be gentle and careful when handling an animal's rump.
