Russian war crimes

Russian war crimes are when people who belong to the Russian government hurt or kill innocent people. This can be done either by using guns/bombs or by using words or behaviour to hurt someone, like ridicule or threats. War crimes are serious and it is important to remember that innocent people have been hurt or killed in wars.
