ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sacca-kiriya

Sacca-kiriya is a practice in Buddhism that helps us to stay focused on being kind and compassionate. It is a meditation that encourages us to think kindly about ourselves and others, and to be mindful of our words and actions. In this practice, we focus on creating inner peace by reflecting on our sense of compassion, gratitude, and acceptance of ourselves and others. We also practice what is called "right speech," which is speaking with intention, honesty, and kindness in our interactions with others. This practice helps us to stay mindful of how our words and actions can affect others, and to correct our mistakes when we make them.
