ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Sanitation harvest

Sanitation harvest means cleaning up sewage water and turning it into usable water for things like watering plants or flushing toilets. Sewage water that has been used in homes and businesses goes through a process to remove all the yucky things like germs, bacteria, and other pollutants. This process is called "sanitation," and the water that comes out of it is called "sanitized water." This sanitized water can be used in many ways such as watering gardens, parks, or other plants. It can also be used to flush toilets or other household needs. Overall, sanitation harvest is a way to make sure that we don't waste water and can use it in the best possible way without harming the environment or human health!
