Sannakji

Sannakji is a very special kind of seafood dish that's like sushi, but different. Instead of eating the fish raw, you actually eat it while it's still moving!

The dish is made from baby octopuses, which are very small and cute. But don't worry, they aren't alive when you eat them. First, the octopuses are caught by fishermen, who then cut them up into small pieces. These pieces are still wiggly and squiggly when they're served to you, so be ready for a fun meal!

Now, because the octopuses are cut up into small pieces, they can be a little tricky to eat. You have to use your chopsticks to pick up each piece, and then put it into your mouth. But it's important to be very careful, because the pieces can still stick to the inside of your throat and could make it hard to breathe. So remember to chew carefully and take your time!

Once you get a piece into your mouth, you'll find that the texture is very chewy, like rubber. Some people even say that it feels like they're eating a tiny bouncing ball! But if you're feeling adventurous, you might just love this dish. Many people in Korea and other parts of Asia really enjoy sannakji, and it's a popular dish for special occasions or for impressing your friends.

Just remember, sannakji is not for everyone. If you're feeling nervous or don't like the idea of eating something that's still alive (even if it isn't moving anymore), you might want to stick to regular sushi or other seafood dishes. But if you're brave enough to try it, you might just have a delicious and unique meal that you'll never forget!
