Saudi Arabian textbook controversy

Okay kiddo, so in Saudi Arabia, they use textbooks to teach kids in school. But some people got upset because they said that some of the things in those textbooks weren't very nice or fair to different types of people.

Some of the things people didn't like were how the textbooks talked about non-Muslims or women. They felt like some of the things were mean or not true.

So, some people said that the textbooks needed to change to be nicer to all kinds of people. But other people didn't want to change the textbooks because they thought the things in them were important to teach kids.

It's still a big debate in Saudi Arabia, but the important thing is that people are talking about it and trying to figure out how to be fair and nice to everyone.
