School psychology

School psychology is the study of how people learn, act, and think in school. School psychologists work with schools and families to help children learn and grow. They investigate problems with learning and behavior, and look for ways to help kids be successful in school. They might talk to students, teachers, and parents, or give out tests to help figure out the best way to help each child. School psychologists might also create programs to help prevent problems like bullying or substance abuse.
