Scorporo is when you try to split up money you got from doing work into two different parts: money that you get to keep for yourself, and money that you have to give to the government for taxes. It's like if you have a candy bar and you have to give a piece of it to your friend because you promised to share, but you also get to keep some for yourself to enjoy. Scorporo is just making sure you follow the rules and give the government the piece of your candy bar that they're supposed to get.
