Security policy

Security policy is like a set of rules to keep us and our things safe. Just like when we go outside to play, our parents tell us some rules like not talking to strangers, staying in the yard, and not going near the street. These are safety policies to keep us from getting hurt.

Similarly, when we use digital things like computers and phones, we also need security policies. These policies are like rules for the computer or phone to follow so that nobody can take our information, steal our money, or harm our devices.

Security policies can include things like having passwords that are hard to guess, keeping our devices up-to-date with the latest software, not downloading suspicious files or links, and making sure our private information stays private.

Just like our parents make sure we follow safety policies all the time, it's important to make sure we follow security policies when we use digital things, so we don't get hurt or lose our valuable information.
