ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Selexol

Selexol is a special liquid that is really good at cleaning up gas. You know when you breathe out and you see the fog? Well, that is what we call "gas". And sometimes factories and cars make bad gas that has things in it that can be harmful to people and nature. Selexol is kind of like a superhero that helps clean up this bad gas!

Here is how it works: Imagine you are playing with a bunch of toys on the floor, and you spill some juice on them. You want to pick up the toys and clean them, but the juice is all over them! So what if you had a special sponge that could attract the juice and fix the toys? That's what Selexol does but with gas!

Gas goes through a big container filled with Selexol, and when the gas gets inside, the Selexol grabs onto all the bad stuff in the gas, like when you use a sponge to soak up the juice. Then, only the clean gas comes out of the container and goes back into the air. This helps keep people and the environment safe and healthy!

So, Selexol is really good at cleaning up gas, like a superhero that helps protect people and nature from bad gas.
