Self (psychology)

Self is the way we think and feel about ourselves. It has to do with our values, beliefs, and goals. Self-esteem is how much we think we are worthy or good. Self-confidence is how much we believe in our abilities. Self-awareness is having an understanding of who we are. We can work on our self every day by being kind to ourselves, setting goals, and tending to our physical and mental health.
