Semicircular bund

Imagine that you are at a playground and you see a big bowl-shaped thing in the middle. This bowl is called a "semicircular bund."

A bund is a wall or structure made to hold back or control water. In this case, the bund is curved like a half-circle, and it is designed to hold water in a specific area.

The top of the bund is like the edge of a big swimming pool. When it rains a lot, water will run down into the bowl and stay there because the bund is holding it back. This is helpful because it helps to prevent flooding and keeps the water from rushing away too quickly.

So, just like a big cup holds your drink, a semicircular bund holds water like a big bowl!
