Shedeh is a type of drink that people from ancient Persia (which is now called Iran) used to really like. It was made by boiling grape juice and letting it cool down until it turned into a thick syrup. Then they mixed this syrup with water to make a refreshing and sweet drink! They would drink it during special occasions, like weddings and parties. Today, some people still make shedeh in Iran and other parts of the world, and it tastes really yummy!
