ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

ShoreZone

The shorezone is the area where land meets water, like at the beach or the edge of a lake. It's where sand or rocks meet the waves or still water. When you go to the beach, you can build sandcastles in the shorezone, play in the water, or even look for shells and critters in the sand. The shorezone is really important because it provides habitat and food for a lot of animals and plants, like crabs, seagulls, and seaweed. It's also where people can enjoy swimming, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. So, it's important to take care of the shorezone by not littering, not disrupting the habitat, and being mindful of our impact on the environment.
