Sikh art

Sikh art is when people use different forms of art, like paintings, sculptures, and architecture, to show and express their beliefs and values as Sikhs.

For example, in their art, Sikhs often show images of their holy book, the Guru Granth Sahib, and their spiritual leaders, called gurus. They may also use symbols like the Khanda, which is a double-edged sword, and the Ek Onkar, which is the symbol for "One God", to represent their faith.

One famous form of Sikh art is called Gurmukhi calligraphy, which uses special scripts to write out religious texts and prayers in a beautiful way. Another example of Sikh art is the Golden Temple in India, which is a magnificent building made of gold and marble that serves as the central spiritual and cultural hub for Sikhs around the world.

Overall, Sikh art is an important part of the Sikh religion, as it allows people to express their beliefs and values in a creative and meaningful way.
