Silver lining (idiom)

When something bad happens, like a storm or a problem, sometimes we can find something good about it. That good thing is called the silver lining. It's kind of like when we have a cloudy day, but then the sun appears and it makes everything look beautiful. So, when we face a difficult situation, we can try to look for the good things that might come out of it, just like a silver lining appears when the sun shines through the clouds.
