Okay kiddo, you know how sometimes people call girls or women bad names if they wear clothes that they think are too revealing or if they have lots of boyfriends? Well, some adults decided to do something about that and they called it "slutwalk".
Slutwalk is an event where lots of girls and women get together to walk around in their cities or towns and wear clothes they feel comfortable in. The girls and women are also carrying signs that say things like "My Clothes Are Not An Invitation" or "Don't Judge Me By How Many Boyfriends I Have".
The idea is for everyone to know that it does not matter how someone dresses or how many boyfriends or girlfriends they have. That does not make them a bad person. Everyone deserves respect no matter what they wear or how many partners they have.
Some places in Latin America have also started doing slutwalks to help teach people that they should not judge others by how they dress or who they choose to have relationships with. It is important for everyone to be treated with kindness and respect no matter what they look like or how they choose to live their lives.
