Small matter of programming

Small matter of programming is when someone writes a set of instructions, called a program, for a computer to follow. Essentially, a programmer tells the computer what to do by typing or speaking commands. For example, a programmer might write a program that lets the computer add two numbers together or draw a picture. In each case, the programmer has to be very precise and specific about the commands they give the computer - they need to make sure they type in the right words and symbols, so the computer knows exactly what to do.
