Snob

A snob is someone who thinks they're better than other people just because of things like how much money they have, where they went to school or how fancy their things are. It's like when a kid says, "I'm better than you because I have a new toy," or "I'm better than you because I know how to read big words." Snobs can act mean or bossy to people they think are "below" them, but it's important to remember that nobody is better than anybody else just because of things like money or status.
