Social chauvinism

Social chauvinism is when people think that the certain things they do, like the way they talk, their culture and beliefs, and even their nationality are better than other people's. It can be like saying that your hometown or country is the best, and everyone else's is not as good. It can be very hurtful and disrespectful to people.
