Social media therapy

Social media therapy is like talking to someone who helps you feel better, but instead of talking to them in person, you talk to them on the computer or phone. It's like playing a game or watching a TV show on your tablet, but instead of it being a fun thing to do, it's something that makes you feel better.

When you're feeling sad, worried, or upset about something, you can open up an app on your phone or a website on your computer where you can talk to a therapist or counselor. They're like the grown-up helpers who help you figure things out when you're feeling bad, like a teacher or a parent.

You can talk to the therapist about anything and everything that's bothering you, like if you're being bullied at school, if you're worried about something, or if you're just feeling really sad. They'll listen to you and help you figure out ways to feel better.

Sometimes, social media therapy is a good way to talk to someone when you can't leave your house or when you don't feel comfortable talking to someone in person. It's a good way to get help and support when you need it the most.
