Therapy

Therapy is when people talk about their problems or feelings with a doctor or another person who can help them understand and solve them. Therapy is like having a big grown-up friend or a wise teacher who can help you figure out how to feel better, be happier, and get along better with people in your life. During therapy you will talk about things that might make you feel uncomfortable, but the doctor will help you feel comfortable and safe. They will help you find ways to think and behave that can help improve your life.
