Social selling

Social selling is like having a lemonade stand on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Instead of selling lemonade, you are selling products or services to people who are interested in them.

Imagine you have a really cool toy that your friend wants. You might tell your friend how much fun the toy is and show them all the cool things it can do. That's kind of what social selling is like.

But instead of telling just one friend, you would use social media to tell lots of people about the product or service you are selling. You might post pictures of the product, tell people how it works, and answer any questions they might have.

The goal of social selling is to build relationships with people who might be interested in buying your product or service. You want to create a sense of trust and show that you are an expert in what you are selling.

So, if someone asks a question about your product, you want to respond quickly and kindly. If someone has a problem with your product, you want to do everything you can to help them solve it.

Social selling is not about forcing people to buy something they don't need or want. It's about finding people who are interested in what you are selling and showing them how it can make their lives better.
