Sociology of disaster

Sociology of disaster is a study of how disasters affect people's lives, how people think and feel about disasters and how they respond to them. It looks at the people, their relationships, and how they work together during difficult times. For example, it could explore how families and communities support each other, or how people in different parts of the world are affected differently. It also looks at how society plays a role in creating or preventing disasters, and how people's views of disasters can change over time.
