Sociosexual orientation

Sociosexual orientation is a measure of how open or restricted someone is in terms of their sexual relationships. It's not about who a person is attracted to, but about how comfortable a person is with having sex outside of a committed relationship. Some people feel completely ok with casual sex and will accept having partners without any kind of commitment. Others are more restricted and feel that they should only be intimate with someone if they are in a close and committed relationship.
