Sodomy law

Sodomy laws are laws that make it illegal for people to do certain sexual acts. These laws used to say that it was against the law for people to do sexual acts that were not between a man and a woman, like two men or two women. Thankfully, most sodomy laws in the United States have been changed or taken away and it is no longer against the law to do these sexual acts.
