Spinal nerve

Okay, so you know how your brain controls your body, right? Well, your brain can't just magically make your body move all on its own. It needs help from some special messengers called nerves.

Now, there are lots of nerves all over your body, but some of the most important ones are called spinal nerves. These nerves come out of your spine (which is like a long tube that protects your spinal cord) and they help your brain communicate with different parts of your body.

Think of it like a bunch of telephone wires that carry messages between your brain and your arms, legs, and other body parts. Some spinal nerves help you move, like when you kick a ball or wave your hand. Other spinal nerves help you feel things, like when you touch a soft blanket or stub your toe.

Without these spinal nerves, your brain wouldn't be able to tell your body what to do or understand what your body is feeling. That's why they're super important!
