Stage mother

A stage mother is a mom or parent who puts a lot of pressure on their kid to do well in activities like sports, music, or theater. They might encourage them to practice a lot, and they often want them to win awards or competitions. It's important that a stage mother is supportive and encouraging, but not too pushy. If a child feels like their parent is too demanding or is making them do something they don't want to do, then it's not healthy and that's not OK.
