Structural genomics

Structural genomics is the study of the shapes and 3D structures of proteins and other molecules in the body. It uses special tools to take pictures of these molecules, so that scientists can learn more about how they work and how they interact with other molecules. Structural genomics can help us to improve medicines, understand how diseases work, and create new materials.
