Subliminal perception

Subliminal perception is when your brain picks up messages or images that you can't see with your eyes. Even though you can't see them, your brain still notices them and can remember them. For example, if someone was to show you a picture for 1/10th of a second, you might not be able to remember what the picture looked like, but your brain would still have picked up on it.
