Superfluid is a special type of liquid that can flow without any friction. This means that if you tried to pour it into a cup, it would move really quickly, almost as if it was teleportation! To understand how something like this happens, you need to think about how liquid normally works. In normal liquids, there are lots of tiny particles that all stick close together and move around, bumping into each other as they move. When something is moving, even if it is a liquid, it will rub against the container it is in and create friction. This friction causes it to slow down, and eventually stop. Superfluids don't have this problem! Instead, their particles don't stick together and instead move around freely, almost as if they have no mass. This means that there is no friction to slow them down, so they can move faster than normal liquids.
