Swedish cuisine is the food that people in Sweden like to eat. In Sweden, they have a lot of fish because they are close to the ocean. They also like to eat meat, like pork and reindeer, which is a special animal that lives in the cold places of the world. They often cook meatballs, which are small balls made of meat that are cooked in a pan. Another popular food is called lingonberry jam, which is a sweet and tart jam made from a small red berry. They eat it with many dishes, like meatballs or potatoes. In Sweden, they also like to eat a lot of bread, which they call "knäckebröd," and they put butter and cheese on it. One really special thing they like to eat is called "smörgåsbord," which is a big table full of different foods to try, like fish, meat, bread, and cheese.
